Ensure that regulations and procedures put in place by export department are adhered to regarding the processing of export shipments (DA65, High Value and Special Certificate clearance shipments).
Ensure that the appropriate special alert labels are affixed to the shipment DA65, High Value and Special Certificate clearance).
Check all non-document shipments for any possible Dangerous Goods (DG) content and check the MSDS to ensure that the contents is allowed on the DHL Network and not considered to be Prohibited.
Ensure that network security and operations procedures and any additional local requirements are strictly adhered to, in order to guarantee network and shipment integrity.
Follow Global SOP at all times.
Assist supervisors with daily tasks as required on Ad-Hoc basis.
YOUR PROFILE:Grade 12 or equivalent
Computer literacy -Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Valid CAT 6 Dangerous Goods Certificate
Drivers licence Code 8.
Outbound Processing experience will be advantageous
Knowledge of Customs – procedures
People management skills will beneficial
