Creditors Clerk

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• 2 - 3 years experience in a creditors role
• Must reside in or near to Hartbeespoort

• Process supplier invoices and manage payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
• Maintain accurate creditor records and filing systems
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting
• Support senior team members with ad-hoc tasks
