- Relevant qualification with 3 years practical experience or Grade 12 with 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English with extensive minute-taking and business writing skills.
- Dictaphone typing experience and strong organizational abilities.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs; Adobe Bookmark system experience preferred.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, including preparing minutes, agendas, and decision registers.
- Assist in trustee and director appointments and liaise with service providers for annual reports.
- Support governance activities such as reviewing and updating policies and maintaining interest registers.
- Assist in preparing agendas, rules, and voting protocols for congress meetings.
- Coordinate funding applications, maintain registers, and handle internal communications for projects and trusts.
