• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment.
• Manage and support staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Monitor sales, implement promotions, and support marketing initiatives.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as store policies.
• Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.

• Proven experience in a Spar store as a Floor Manager
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
