Stock Controller

• Minimum 23 years experience in stock control and/or night auditing, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (Micros, Opera, Materials Control, or similar).
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of night audit and reconciliation procedures.
• High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility during night shifts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both stock control and auditing efficiently.
• Familiarity with 5-star standards of hospitality, guest service, and luxury hotel operations.
