This is a rare opportunity to work on world-class projects from the comfort of your own home, while collaborating with a team of top-tier design professionals.The Role: Remote Architectural TechnicianWe are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support the delivery of high-end residential interior and architectural projects. You will work directly with the UK-based design team to produce construction-ready technical drawing packages using AutoCAD. This role is ideal for someone confident in residential detailing who thrives in a fast-paced, remote setup aligned to UK working hours.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare full technical drawing packages for high-end residential projects
  • Produce ceiling details, elevations, floor and wall finishes schedules
  • Create joinery drawings with full sections through all components
  • Translate design intent and concept sketches into construction-ready documentation
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in all drawing sets
  • Collaborate with the UK team and meet delivery timelines
  • Work to UK residential interior detailing standards (preferred)
  • Use AutoCAD to meet studio CAD standards and expectations
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential architecture or interior technical detailing
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit not required)
  • Strong portfolio of residential interiors and joinery detailing
  • Skilled in producing detailed and accurate drawing sets for construction
  • Familiar with UK building and interior standards (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and self-organisation
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Stable internet connection and ability to work UK hours

  • Market-related salary, based on experience and technical proficiency
  • Permanent role or fixed-term, renewable contract
