Job Summary Warehouse Controller and Client Service Driver Your primary role is Warehouse Receiving and Dispatch and as determined by Management, supporting the customer base and the sales team, by delivering customer orders and engaging with customers at their premises, to ascertain any opportunities or issues that the Branch Sales Team should be aware of and to support the branch in any way needed. Warehouse and Driver Responsibilities: Attends to receiving and dispatch function of the branch Checking in of stock/customer orders received from Head Office on a daily basis Pulls and packs for all customer sample orders from the CPT sample warehouse Maintains the Health and Safety protocols of the warehouse Enhances customer relationships by actively engaging with every customer whilst delivering orders and attending to any customer needs and wants. Encourages repeat business when delivering customer orders Actively looks for new leads and new customers that have not purchased from Mass Supply before when engaging with customer on delivery and seeing new opportunities whilst on delivery. Demonstrates an interest in growing the company business working with all sales staff to achieve Set out targets. Strictly adheres to the route list completed for the day's deliveries and customer visits Stock take and stock management Trustworthy, honest, on time, reliable, efficient, valid drivers license
