You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with the sales and product development teams to achieve our business goals. (You will have 1 Senior Marketing Coordinator & 2 Junior Marketing Coordinators reporting into you & making up your cohesive team 😊)Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.Organize and participate in trade shows and industry associations.Oversee all marketing media, including print, digital, and social media.Create engaging video content to promote our products and services.Oversee the company websites and e commerce sitesQualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with marketing software and tools.Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Your ability to present at Exco board meetings & convey marketing strategies & report on the effectiveness of your teams work is a big plus 😊 (Not critical, but a nice to have)
