Production Data & Systems Coordinator - Stikland, Bellville - Salary R16 000 to R17 000We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organised Production Administrator to join our Technical Systems team. This role is critical in supporting production operations through accurate data capturing, reporting, and administrative coordination.Key Responsibilities

Capture and analyse production data across all departments (scrap, shift rosters, OEE, consumables, CNC downtime, etc.).
Compile productivity, OEE, efficiency, and performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Manage Syspro job capturing requisitions, non-conformances, job closures, WIP queries, and inventory movements.
Provide administrative support: meeting agendas, minutes, stock take sheets, and checklists.
Coordinate CNC and stores functions, cycle counts, job tracking, and transfers.
Ensure accurate, timely reporting and adherence to production processes.

Requirements

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 (additional certificates/leadership qualifications advantageous).
Experience: 2 to 3 years in a factory/production environment and in a similar role.
