- Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage the potential customers in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships
- Identify Business opportunities - Cold calling looking for new sites for Starter Pack Distribution
- Ensure that call diary is compiled and effectively executed on a monthly basis
- Ensure that effective best practice standards of merchandising are implemented and adhered to at all point of purchase channels
- Ensure adherence to company policy and relevant legislation
- Inventory control and balancing
- Submit weekly & monthly inventory reports
- Manage all allocated inventory
- Ensure that achievement of regional sales, activation and connection targets
- May also or alternatively involve providing back-office support to a sales team
- Plan and execute monthly/ quarterly/ and annual regional sales plans
- Ensure that your customer base is maintained on the master database
- Leverage both internal and external relationship to increase brand awareness and effective execution
- Improve customer retention in the SPI/SPD/SPU channels. Building and maintaining relationship with existing clients
- Responding to enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Ensure cellphone network relationships are managed effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients
- Respond to more advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
- Analyse weekly and monthly regional reports to identify opportunities and threats
- Explain the action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy, mission and vision; motivate people to achieve business goals
- Monitor the performance of the team; allocate work and review completion, take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality; contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal

- Sales or related qualification advantageous
- 2-3 Years in a supervisory role
- Must have Informal/Main market working experience in the industry
- Starter Pack or Prepaid Distribution and Sales experience
- Drivers license - Essential
