The company's long term strategy is to develop young Instructors into Head Instructors and pollinate the industry with very well trained guides, but we would encourage guides to give back to conservation by giving experienced guides the opportunity to become highly skilled instructors.The vacancies are for our Karongwe, Selati, Pridelands, Botswana, Makuleke camp but also any other venue we might utilise for training. It depends on the calibre of instructor we get, where they will be stationed and if they want a roaming/relief role.Accommodation provided Single Tented Accommodation1.
