Job SummaryJob Overview We are seeking a Physiology Lab Assistant to conduct seed quality tests, analyse data, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role involves specific functions such as conducting tests, managing equipment, analysing results, and participating in global projects.Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for sample preparation and conducting seed quality tests
Develop operational procedures according to ISO standards
Manage distribution of seed certificates and record results
Ensure HSE compliance and promote safety in operations
Participate in global projects and innovation alignment
Analyse test results and compile detailed reports
Education & Qualifications
Grade 12 qualification
Diploma in Agriculture
ISO knowledge
BSC in Agricultural degree or related field
Theoretical course in Seed Science
Practical course in Seed Analysis (advantageous)
Experience Required
Practical experience with ISO and good laboratory practices
Knowledge of Seed production
Strong computer literacy capabilities
SAP experience (advantageous)
