Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification
  • 5-8 years Solutions Implementation experience
  • Solid understanding and experience with:
  • ERP
  • SQL
  • Understand the business process requirements of clients
  • Willing to travel into Africa when needed
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of software and system solutions for clients across various industries throughout Africa
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful deployment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and post-implementation phases
