- Serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the development team and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of work.
- Ensure the team’s progress, risks, and dependencies are visible and communicated.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritised backlog.
- Promote Agile adoption across the organisation.
- Track, monitor, and report on delivery metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, PSM I/II, or equivalent.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Background in financial services, fintech, or payment processing will be advantageous.
