As the Reservations Support Manager, you will be based at Pezula Nature Retreat and play a key role in curating unforgettable guest journeys. You'll manage travel arrangements and bespoke itineraries, acting as a trusted liaison between the client and the experience. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role focused on crafting personalised, seamless, and inspiring travel encounters from first contact to farewell.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and confirm guest travel arrangements and tailored itinerariesResearch and recommend travel services, destination options, and experiencesLiaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellencePrepare documentation and communicate relevant procedures and customsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise pre-, during, or post-travelPromote and sell travel packages that align with guest needs and expectationsMaintain booking records and updates using Opera and other systemsAssist with guest inquiries, changes, or special requestsProvide support during high-volume periods, including after-hours where necessaryAbout YouMatric (Grade 12) is essential; tertiary qualifications in hospitality or tourism are advantageous2+ years of experience in travel planning, reservations, or trade/hospitality supportProven proficiency in Opera (minimum 2 years' experience)Excellent communication, coordination, and client service skillsAble to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressureCompetent in Microsoft Word and ExcelFlexible availability during peak seasons and high-demand periodsAdditional languages anda diverse travel background are strong advantagesIf you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a nature-rich, luxury settingand have the skills to make every journey smooth and this could be your next adventure.
