
Field Manager

- Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver exceptional in-store execution.
- Monitor and manage store visits, ensuring merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Track performance, compile reports, and implement action plans to drive improvements.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to field teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and promotional activities.
- Manage stock levels and resolve store-level challenges proactively.
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- 23 years sales and merchandising experience in a related FMCG environment.
- Previous experience in team supervision or field management will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate performance reports.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
- Salary: negotiable.
