This is a foundational technical role, responsible for driving the design and development of internal platforms and tools. You''ll work closely with the founders and legal teams to turn requirements into robust software solutions, contributing directly to the platform''s architecture and long-term strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core and related technologies * Collaborate with legal and technical team members to define software requirements

Build and enhance internal systems using PowerApps and Blazor

Manage database development and optimisation using PostgreSQL * Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices

Take ownership of development processes to scale the function

Provide technical input on product and business decisionsSupport the eventual onboarding and mentorship of junior developers as the team growsAbout You

3+ years of experience in .NET development, with strong backend and frontend exposure

Proficient in .NET Core, Blazor, PowerApps, and PostgreSQL * Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, scalable codeConfident communicator who thrives in collaborative settingsAmbitious and ready to grow into a leadership role
