Work closely with founders, creative directors and consultant teams to evolve and express a unified visual language
Balance hands-on design work with strategic thinking, adapting ideas while keeping precision, practicality and coherence front of mind
Manage multiple creative projects across departments, holding timelines, priorities and intention with care

A formal design qualification
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, luxury goods or lifestyle sectors.
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience with Canva
Familiarity with email marketing platforms is an advantage
Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) is advantageous
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design across multiple formats.
Experience with both digital and print design.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively.
Passionate about design and eager to bring fresh ideas to the team.
