Major and Complex Loss Adjuster

• Relevant insurance/adjusting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ adjustment of large and technically challenging commercial property claims. This can include engineering, structures, fire and other claims.
• The ability to understand complex circumstances and then be able to report them concisely.
• Sound computer, written, and numerical skills.

• Providing exceptional levels of service to our clients and their customers.
• Proactively manage a file load, meet individual performance targets and deliver a high standard of work.
• Investigate and report on the facts of incidents giving rise to insurance claims.
• Gathering and preserving evidence.
