- Directing the strategic direction and ensuring the effective marketing of a diverse product portfolio within Hospital, Critical Care, Cardiovascular, CNS and other therapeutic areas.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and together we drive the offering of effective value propositions of products through the development and execution of the strategic and tactical marketing plans. Further to this, business development and portfolio planning are a key deliverables of the role.
- Together with the Leadership Team, develop long-term strategies for the organization in order to expand market presence and drive long-term business sustainability, performance and profitability
- Close monitoring of market trends and providing guidance for appropriate interventions
- Medium and long-term portfolio planning and enhancement, including scenario planning and business case development
- Lead, manage and direct a Product Management team to execute strategies, tactical plans and projects on time and in accordance with the company’s objectives
- Coaching, motivating and leading the Product Management Team to optimize productivity
- Drive cross functional efficiencies and collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver on quantitative and qualitative targets and achieve business priorities
- Degree will be preferred
