Our client is a market-leading logistics innovator with a state-of-the-art distribution hub on the East Rand. They are expanding rapidly, investing in technology, and seeking a Financial Manager who can blend strategy with execution.You’ll oversee the full finance function, drive operational excellence, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on high-impact decisions.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the finance team, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability
Own budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting for multiple business units
Partner with operations to improve margins, streamline costs, and optimise working capital
Deliver board-level insights to support ambitious growth and expansion plans
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and risk management across the group

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CIMA-qualified (advantageous) with 8+ years’ progressive finance experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain
Proven track record in leading finance teams through growth and transformation
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into strategy
Hands-on ERP and financial systems expertise (implementation experience a plus)
A visionary leader with resilience, gravitas, and the drive to make lasting impact
