Junior Front House Floor Manager - Premium Restaurant

• Support the front-of-house team with training, scheduling, and daily task delegation.
• Assist in managing service flow and seating arrangements to enhance guest experiences.
• Address minor guest complaints and maintain good communication with guests.
• Help monitor front-of-house expenses with basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.

• Diploma or associate degree in hospitality management (preferred but not required).
• 2-3+ years of experience in front-of-house roles, including some supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
