- Monitor F&B Costs: Track and control costs for food and beverages to ensure they align with budgets and targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and audits of food and beverage
- Cost Analysis: Analyse food & beverage consumption patterns, cost variances, & wastage.
- Purchasing Oversight: Coordinate with purchasing to ensure pricing, supplier contracts, and ordering are cost-effective.
- Recipe Costing: Calculate and update recipe costs to ensure proper pricing and profitability.
- Waste Control: Monitor and report on spoilage, wastage, and pilferage to minimize losses.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all cost control procedures comply with hotel policies and relevant regulations, including health and safety.
- Hotel background with at least 2 years in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management
- Fluency in spoken & written English
