Vacancy- Maintenance ManagerQualifications:Matric
Advantageous if in possession of a Trade Test qualificationMinimum / Previous experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience doing electrical work
Minimum of 2 years working doing plumbing work
Knowledge and understanding of painting
Basic knowledge of refrigeration and air conditions
Good computer skills (MS OFFICE)
Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and able to

multitask under pressure

Drivers licence with own transport

To oversee all the electrical services in the Club
To oversee the painting function at the Club

To purchase the spares for the maintenance department.
To manage maintenance staff
