Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Cape Town, CBD (On-site)

Sector: High-End Residential ArchitectureKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all architectural phases from concept to completion.
- Develop and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Produce comprehensive documentation and detailed Revit drawings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold high technical standards.
- Maintain strong client communication and project alignment.
- BTech Degree in Architecture or equivalent (Senior Architectural Technologist qualification).
- Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience, ideally in high-end residential architecture.
- Proficiency in all work stages of architectural projects.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Municipal building legislation and compliance.
- Design, spatial planning, and construction detailing.
- Managing/coordinating project programmes.
- Advanced Revit skills required.
- Highly organised with strong administrative and documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence.
