Job Description :A leading boutique and advice-driven management firm assisting affluent clients to grow, protect, globalise, and administer their wealth is seeking an experienced full-time, on-site Client Relationship Manager to join their client services team for a 3-month fixed-term contract (can become permanent dependent on performance), to deliver excellent client service, and maintain the relationship between the clients and the directors.As the Client Relationship Manager you will encompasses industry knowledge and implementation of investments held locally and offshore in unit trusts, money-market, compulsory and non-compulsory investments, as well as the co-ordination and management of family office matters such as administration relating to tax and estate services in a non-advice giving capacity.Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring and maintaining full knowledge of each client account and managing according to bespoke requirements.
  • Reacting to clients in a quick, positive, and effective manner. If no immediate resolution is available, to provide the clients with a realistic timeline in which feedback will be given.
  • Time and case management to ensure critical matters are escalated and communicated. Adherence to project time frames as agreed with directors.
  • Ensuring the client, team members, and advisers are kept informed in all instances until an instruction/query is resolved.
  • Carefully examine all factors and apply critical thinking to be results-driven.
  • Correctness and quality in communication with clients, specifically spelling, numbers, and query resolution.
  • To understand the core issue and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in terms of client and internal information.
  • Monitoring all client interactions and ensuring that advisers are providing exemplary service to all their designated clients.
  • Maintaining electronic flies for each client account, containing all relevant information such as Mandate, FICA, etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4- 5 years experience in a client support role within a wealth management company
  • Experience in stock broking environments would be highly beneficial
  • Basic product and investment knowledge

  • Excellent communication and written English skills
  • Team player
  • A positive “can do” attitude, and an inherent drive to excel in client service delivery
  • Must also be able to multi-task.
