Requirements and assessment crateria (Minimum) • Grade 12 Certficate • Min 3-5 year working experience with solid Workshop Admin background • Admin / Computer certficates (NQF level 4) • Advanced skills in Excel (advantageous) • Driver's licence Experince, Skills and Knowledge • Ordering of Components and piping • Job Costing, Client Liaison, & Basic understanding of truck and hydraulic equipmen (Mining Equipment/HME) • Data capturing and reporting • Use of Microsoft office skills (MS,Power point, works & Exel) • Stock control • Responsible for invoicing, Generating quotes and Pricing • Process internal orders on the sales system • Petty cash management • Customer service Key Responsibilities (KPI) • Manage Passport 360 • Document management skills • Issues job cards to artisans. • Follows up with suppliers on deliveries. • Set up and maintenance of maintenance store and controls stock • Technical discussions with
