Minimum 5+ years of experience in a data science role, specifically within the Fintech industry
Fluency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM)
Solid understanding of credit risk modeling, scorecard development, and explainability requirements
Strong communication skills — your insights must hold up under tough cross-examination
Experience with alternative data sources or non-traditional credit models
Work in BNPL, fintech lending, or fraud analytics
