Key duties include:
  • Handling general administrative tasks including daily admin, purchase orders, and stock control.
  • Performing financial administration: posting and reconciliation of creditors/debtors in line with company procedures.
  • Assisting with HR administration and wages.
  • Supporting the finance/admin department with other job-related administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (essential).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage administrative processes efficiently.
  • Previous experience with Crest, Farm Costing Solutions, or Farm Manager will be an advantage.
