In this job you are responsible for co-ordinating the allocation and payment of fines, as well as the registration and renewal of vehicle licences for all company vehicles.
To ensure the company meets legal requirements in terms of vehicle licencing and payment of fines in a cost effective and timeous manner.

Co-ordinate allocation and payment of fines
Co-odinate Vehicle licence renewals
Co-ordinate Vehicle Registration (requisitions and sales)
Ad-hoc duties
Upkeep of TnA
SHEQ Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education

Grade 12 Certificate
Experience in an administrative function within a Workshop/ Fleet environment Stores experience
MS Office proficient
Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous
Working knowledge of traffic laws and procedures
Valid Drivers Licence
