Job Summary KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS • Installation of coffee equipment and related items • Onsite repairs and servicing of equipment • Ability to program equipment to the correct standard • Ensuring the customer has the correct coffee solution • Putting in measures to ensure less downtime for customers • Will be asked to work overtime Minimum Criteria: • Very well spoken in English • Valid driver's license • Understanding of different coffee products • Technical knowledge of coffee machines • Understanding of different coffee drinks SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • High level of integrity and ethics ensuring great customer service • High energy levels - fast paced • Strong work ethic • Problem Solving skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks • Self-driven and independent - does not need supervision.
