An established player in the telecommunications sector is seeking a Order to Cash Lead to take full ownership of the end-to-end Cash to Order (C2O) process. This is a high-impact, strategic role suited for a process-driven leader with expertise in financial operations, accounts receivable, and customer billing within fast-paced, high-volume environments.As an Order to Cash Lead, you will:

Lead and oversee the full C2O cycle, including cash applications, billing, collection, and dispute resolution.
Drive process improvements to optimise working capital and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline order-to-cash workflows.
Oversee customer onboarding and credit management procedures.
Track KPIs, analyse performance trends, and prepare reports on collections and aging.
Ensure full compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP and financial systems related to C2O.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom in Finance (completed).
5+ years’ experience in order to cash / cash to order operations.
Strong expertise in collection, billing, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical thinker with a passion for process optimisation and continuous improvement.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
