A leading, fast-growing organisation is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of People to lead and evolve its People & Culture function. This senior role is critical to shaping the organisation's culture, driving world-class HR strategies, and ensuring an outstanding employee experience as the business scales globally. The position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.Key Responsibilities:People Strategy & Culture Development: Design and execute a people strategy aligned with business growth objectives, aiming to position the organisation as an employer of choiceTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to attract and retain high-calibre talent, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to drive successEmployee Experience & Engagement: Champion a people-first culture that prioritises employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-beingLeadership & Talent Development: Develop and implement leadership programmes and career development initiatives across all levels of the organisationHR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies, benefits, compensation, and compliance with employment laws, locally and across global locationsPerformance & Reward Management: Design and manage fair, transparent, and competitive performance and reward structuresChange Management & Organisational Development: Lead transformation initiatives that encourage agility, innovation, and collaborationKey Requirements:Proven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within a high-growth or global environmentStrong track record in developing and executing people strategies aligned with business goalsDeep understanding of South African labour laws with exposure to international HR practicesSkilled in building and leading high-performing teams and supporting senior leadership through coaching and mentorshipPassion for culture-building and enhancing organisational effectivenessData-driven decision-making approach with a hands-on, proactive mindsetExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsIf you have not been contacted within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
