Job Summary A leading manufacturer of high-performance motion plastics and polymer-based components seeks a dynamic External Sales Representative for the Western Cape. This role focuses on servicing existing customers, growing new business, and delivering technical. Key Responsibilities • Plan and implement customer visits using Salesforce (iBuddy) • Visit 6+ clients per day - both new and existing • Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions • Recommend product alternatives • Increase average order value • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and terminology • Keep up to date with new products, customer trends, and trade shows • Maintain accurate records of all visits and interactions on Salesforce • Liaise with internal departments • Support stock and inventory processes when required • Adhere to company procedures Requirements • Matric (Grade 12) • Minimum 5 years of external technical sales experience in the industrial sector o Electrical product knowledge is advantageous • Technically minded, with attention to detail • Strong computer literacy • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • High work ethic and proven ability • Self-motivated, accountable, and committed Personal Attributes • Honesty and integrity • Willingness to learn and grow • Strong sense of accountability • Excellent time management • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service • Takes pride in their work and achievements Remuneration: Basic: R22 000.00/month Car allowance: R6 750.00/month 2.5% growth commission (bi-annual) Company Fuel card for Business Company mobile phone Company Laptop How to apply: Email a WORD DOC CV.
