- Ensure the Fitment Centre adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain an adequate inventory of fitment products and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.

- Degree or Diploma in Management
- At least 5 years' experience working in the role of Operations Manager / Supervisor in a fitment centre
- Solid exposure to / experience in the automotive and / or architectural sectors, dealing with glass products
- In-depth knowledge of automotive fitment processes, products, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software relevant to fitment center operations (eg SAP, DPS)
- A valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred)
- Location: Tshwane or Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Candidates must have SA ID
- Must be open to travelling locally
