SAP Master Data Administrator

• Develop comprehensive general task lists/routing of various components considering equipment capabilities and manufacturing timelines.
• Evaluate and improve existing general task lists/routing to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and increase output while maintaining quality standards.
• Work closely with Production Order Management, Engineering, and manufacturing team to ensure alignment in the general task lists/routings.
• Ensure that general task lists/routings comply with quality standards and best practices to guarantee the delivery of high-quality components to our customers.
• Provide training and support to Production team in the implementation of the new general task lists/routings including troubleshooting and addressing any operational issues.
• Proactively identify process improvements and cost savings within the manufacturing task lists and lead the initiatives to implement the changes in collaboration with all stake holders.
• Key interface between Production Order Management and Engineering and Manufacturing
• Adhoc support to Order Management team in expediting projects with sub suppliers and Purchase orders with Suppliers

• Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent Tertiary qualification
• Experience and knowledge of manufacturing environment.
• 5 years SAP/ERP Systems of production planning experience is essential.
• Understanding of Routings and BOM's is essential.
• Exposure to CNC, conventional lathes machines and milling machines is essential.
• Exposure to Turbines, compressors, manufacturing, and refurbishment is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels in the organization.
