- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL development.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data integration and reporting needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure the reliability and performance of data pipelines.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across different systems.
- Document ETL processes, data mappings, and data lineage to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) in a business intelligence or data warehousing environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database management with a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with data modeling principles and dimensional modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience with other business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in SQL Server or business intelligence technologies are desirable.
