Debtor/Creditors Clerk

• The position requires strong inter-personal, organisational, admin and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Time management essential, with the ability to complete work timeously and ask for support when needed.
• Ability to work under pressure and with Deadlines.
• Understand the need to handle tasks to completion, supporting multiple communication devices/software (WhatsApp, emails, calls)
• Capable of learning and following company SOPS.
• Clear understanding of Reconciliations on Excel and ability to learn formulas and functions for Excel.

• Debtors and Creditors experience.
• Accounting Package experience (sage/Evolution/Quick books) Palladium a Plus.
• Hard Skills:
• Basic Accounting Diploma or Certification.
• Must be computer literate - Software used: Palladium accounting, Online ordering portal, One Drive - file share, Outlook emails & online calendar, Excel.
• Reconciliation and Debtors and Creditors experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and in professional manner with Clients.

• R10 000 per month.
