Job Summary Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5–7 years’ experience in technical service management (preferably in batteries, forklifts, warehousing equipment, or renewable energy systems).
  • Proven experience managing teams and after-sales functions.
  • Strong leadership and people management.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial batteries, chargers, and energy systems.
  • Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and service management software.
  • Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel nationally.
Key Responsibilities
  • After-Sales Leadership
  • Lead and manage the after-sales team (technicians, service staff).
  • Develop and implement after-sales strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Support
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions for clients using our battery and charging systems.
  • Oversee warranty claims, service escalations, and corrective action plans.
  • Technical Training & Development
  • Train technicians and customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and OEM guidelines.
  • Service Operations
  • Monitor service schedules, maintenance contracts, and SLA commitments.
  • Manage spare parts inventory for service requirements.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators (KPI) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback.
  • Report to senior management with insights on recurring technical issues and customer needs.
  • Lead production & QC procedures for lithium batteries, act as technical point of contact for MHE clients & OEM partners. Manage installation, commissioning & troubleshooting. Develop & maintain service manuals & documentation
Lead the production & after-sales teams
Monitor and manage warranty claims and root analysis
Provide feedback on R&D
Drive continuous improvement in aftershaves and service KPIs
Manage production lines.
