The Floor Leader will take on an entry-level leadership role, guiding team members on the shop floor, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting sales growth. This position is ideal for someone with prior retail experience and natural leadership ability, eager to step into a supervisory role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily store operations and ensure smooth floor managementMotivate and guide sales assistants to achieve store goalsMaintain visual merchandising and in-store presentation standardsAssist with scheduling and shift coordination when requiredProvide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptlyMonitor sales performance and assist in driving KPIsAbout YouAt least 1-2 years of retail experience, with exposure to team support or leadershipNatural leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skillsMatric required, with further retail training a plusStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilityReliable, proactive, and eager to grow into a management careerFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5 working days per week with 1 guaranteed weekend off per month)
