Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Coordinate training programmes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage administrative processes, including reporting, scheduling, and record keeping.
Lead and support staff to achieve branch objectives.
Foster strong relationships with clients, learners, and external partners.
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Uphold a professional, ethical, and results-driven culture within the branch.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar operational and/or administrative role, preferably within the training or education sector.
Strong organisational abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Familiarity with SETAs & QCTO processes will be advantageous.
