Lead business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project scoping for finance systems.
Run workshops to gather requirements and build consensus.
Analyze finance systems and structures to guide solution design.
Document and validate requirements for development teams.
Work with delivery and QA teams throughout development lifecycle.
Assess impacts, identify risks, and ensure solutions fit business architecture.
Validate solutions through test case alignment and deployment readiness.
Recommend system improvements based on business needs.

Requirements:Must-Haves:

Tertiary qualification (3-year degree/diploma) in a relevant technical, financial, or analytical field.
Diploma in Business Analysis (e.g., FTI) or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within a formal SDLC or project-based environment.
In-depth understanding of finance operations, accounting logic, and data structures.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in consumer lending or payments environments.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
Ability to model requirements through diagrams, matrices, and conceptual frameworks.
Exposure to enterprise-scale finance systems within a retail environment.
