information and guidance, formulation and development and/or draughting of plans, proposals and
designs, preparing contractual documentation and monitoring the implementation and execution of
average scale contacts and, disseminating technical project/contract information internally and/or
externally.
Key Responsibility AreasProvides technical information on the principles and applications associated with design,
draughting and contract management of Engineering requirements for average complexity projects.
Applies principles and techniques associated with the development of technical designs.
Co-ordinates sequences associated with the preparation and collation of contract
documentation and undertaking and reporting on tender/contractor evaluations.
Implements and monitors minor engineering contracts for average complexity projects.
Disseminates information on the technical aspects and provides reports detailing interventions and outcomes.

Essential RequirementsNational Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Civil Engineering.
Registered as a Professional Technician with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
Valid motor vehicle driving license
3 Years relevant post qualification experience.
