- Market the companys products, services, and solutions to prospective and existing clients in the property development, architectural, project management and engineering sectors.
- Be comfortable dealing with clients at a senior level (architects, QS, management, and director level).
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and full quotations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
- Providing basic draughting / technical drawing and the ability to read and understand architectural drawings is essential
- Liaise with customers and technical consulting teams to assess needs and to determine requirements and provide best in practice solutions with regards to our products
- Communicating new product developments to existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct research to identify potential new markets and customers.
- Managing the sales function from start to finish, including all processes, communication, and documentation.
- Assist with the development of marketing and strategies.
- Be self-motivated to achieve sales targets, gross profit parameter, and assist collectively with to ensure the whole team achieves their goals
- Grade 12
- Drivers License and own vehicle
- Draughting / Technical drawing Essential
- 2-3 Years experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Proven sales track record
- Prior experience in the Decking, Flooring and Construction / Building Industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English an advantage would be Afrikaans.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships and maintain customer relationships.
- Good time management and planning skills
- Team player and willingness to learn and improve.
