Job Title: Customer Service / Internal Sales Support? Salary: R20,000 – R28,000 per annum (CTC)Benefits include:- Pension Fund (10.8% company contribution, 7.2% employee contribution)- Medical Aid (50% employer, 50% employee contribution)Main PurposeAs part of the Customer Service team, you will be at the forefront of the business, engaging daily with new and existing customers telephonically and supporting the external sales team. This role requires a technically minded, energetic individual with proven experience in customer service or internal sales, preferably within the electrical or motors industry.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers and the external sales team.
  • Receive customer orders via telephone and email.
  • Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist customers and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
  • Offer internal sales support to external sales representatives.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding back orders.
  • Generate and manage sales and customer service reports.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams regarding deliveries.
  • Attend all required internal and external meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or internal sales environment.
  • Experience within the electrical or motors industry is highly advantageous.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic accounting literacy.
