Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair office printers and copiers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
  • Provide on-site support to clients and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and parts used.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and support at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a printer/copier technician.
  • Experience with Toshiba copiers highly preferred.
  • Certified training courses in printer/copier maintenance (proof required).
  • Own reliable car applications without transport will not be considered.
  • Must reside in Johannesburg.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
