- Collaborate with the People Operations team to design, distribute, analyse and report on employee surveys (e.g. Annual Pulse Survey, Bi-Annual eNPS survey etc) aimed at gathering feedback on various aspects of the workplace experience.
- Craft action plans for company wide recognition and engagement initiatives, specifying goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Manage and oversee the Culture Champion Committee by organising regular meetings, brainstorming sessions, and events to celebrate our culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Develop and distribute internal communications such as newsletters, emails, and handbooks to keep employees informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs, in collaboration with People Business Partners and subject matter experts, aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to employees and managers on hybrid work best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Create and maintain employee data dashboards for key metrics and reports for the People Operations team and other key stakeholders.
- Work with People Business Partners to ensure reporting is relevant, accurate and consistent.
- Manage ad-hoc People Operations projects aimed at improving the overall employee experience at Lula.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years' proven experience in employee experience, human resources, or organisational development roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack and PaySpace (or other relevant HRIS).
- Fluency in data analysis and dashboarding tools, with the ability to collect, analyse, and present data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives.
- Strong understanding of training and development principles, internal communication strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
