Project Accountant

• Matric
• Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential)
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience in project accounting or job costing within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, factory expansions, or equipment upgrades is advantageous
• Assist the Projects and Sales in the compilation and execution of Large Projects and Sales Tenders
• Be the ERP(embrace) custodian and ensure that the month-to-month accuracy and workflow are being executed
• Liaise with Sales & Projects members to maintain CRM system updates
• Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and other departments with the collection and consolidation of reports and management of Office Tools and Master Documentation
• Assist in the Compilation, distribution, and Filing of Sales-related reports, including Strategic Plans, Rolling Forecasts, Visitation Plans, Financial Data, Audit Findings, NCRs, Customer Complaints, etc
• Assist Sales & Projects with Tendering Related Support when the workload demands it
• Assist in the Collection and Distribution of Market Intelligence
• Support the Sales & Projects Teams with the loading of Data onto Embrace and CRM systems
• Maintain Sales Databases such as Population Lists, Customer Contacts, Brochures, and Marketing Materials
