A well-established agricultural operation is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to oversee the production of high-quality greenhouse cut-flowers. The role reports to the General Manager of the flower division and involves managing all aspects of flower cultivation and staff coordination.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planting, fertilizing, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
Monitor plant health and implement corrective measures.
Ensure hygiene, watering, and scouting protocols are followed.
Manage staff schedules and performance.
Maintain accurate production records.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Horticulture or Floriculture.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of cultivation techniques and equipment.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid Code B driver's license.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
