- Lead the finance function with a focus on compliance, control, and commercial insight
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Ensure regulatory reporting (IFRS17, SAM, etc.) is spot-on and submitted on time
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic decisions and risk analysis
- Manage audit processes and maintain robust internal controls
- Drive efficiencies through automation and process improvements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – essential
- 5+ years of post-articles experience, ideally in financial services or insurance
- Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks (IFRS, SAM, Tax, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring finance teams
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
